This marketing site stores no PHI.
The public KuraNotes website is a marketing surface. It does not collect patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, wound photos, visit notes, or other protected health information.
The authenticated application is a separate host. Application privacy terms and any business associate agreement are presented during clinic onboarding — before a clinic is authorized to store real patient records. Early access uses synthetic clinic data.
Optional contact mail, if shown on this site, is only the address configured for public inquiries. Do not send clinical records to that address.
